The Studio Cosmic Fusion opened for classes in Jan 2010 and its vision is to become one of Mumbai’s most respected yoga studios. With a maximum in-studio class capacity of 12 students, Cosmic Fusion is a "boutique" wellness brand. They know their clients by name, are familiar with their bodies, and provide lots of personal attention, both with verbal and hands-on assists. Cosmic Fusion is a yoga wellness studio, specializing in group classes and private lessons, on and offsite. Most popular forms of yoga practiced around the globe today are types of Hatha yoga. They offer classes for all levels of practitioner; from the most gentle and therapeutic, to vigorous flow, and everything in-between. They seek to honour and share not only the fundamentals of proper anatomical alignment, but also the essence of yoga itself: the ability to be truly present, to live life one precious moment at a time.
Cosmic Fusion embraces the diversity of their teachers, and every teacher has a unique yoga teaching and training background. They understand that each individual approaches the practice for different reasons, and as such, will resonate more with some teachers than others. Similar intentions, however, bind our Faculty together: a passionate desire to practice, study and teach yoga, and genuine respect for every individual's path.
